DH initially was brought on to provide daily support for Santander’s Moves / Adds and Changes for both one-time and multi-phase projects across their North American portfolio.  Relocations supported ranged from moves as small as 5 people to up a 900+ employee as well as a restack of the operations headquarters between three Boston area locations. 

For all these projects, DH coordinated meetings with departments to understand their space needs and adjacencies and worked with the Facilities and IT teams on a daily/weekly basis providing information and guidance throughout the move process.

Relocation Management

  • Created and issued the Mover RFP for the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions
  • Provided a detailed analysis of the bids to client
  • Managed and approved all move related expenses and invoicing
  • Created and maintained detailed move matrices
  • Lead weekly move meetings and issued minutes.
  • Maintained a weekly schedule of all move related activities, including a detailed calendar of move related events.
  • Created and issued Packing & Tagging and Welcome Packet documents
  • Developed and implemented an onboarding process for seating Bank New Hires working closely with Human Resources, IT and other key departments.

CAD/CAFM Services

  • Created filing structure and naming convention for Santander’s existing network of floor plans and construction documents
  • Assisted with implementing and populating Santander’s CAFM system, Archibus, for space tracking and management

Relocation Management

  • Coordinated corporate furniture requests with space planning and Facilities and IT.
  • Monitored furniture selection, scheduling, delivery, and installation through punch list
  • Coordinated disposition/ liquidation of assets.
