Dowling Houy was hired early on as the overall project director for this active mid-sized CPA tax and accounting firm. The project assignment was to serve as the owner’s rep for Wolf throughout the project, guide them through an in-place renovation of their tired-looking space in a Class A Office, LEED Gold Building and build out an additional 5,000 square feet on an adjacent floor as expansion space. Lease negotiations were underway with the existing landlord and Dowling Houy contributed to the final stages of the lease and work letter negotiations, ensuring Wolf’s best interests were met and the maximum dollars towards build out and new construction were obtained.

At the project’s completion, Wolf’s president stated that their refreshed facility would support them well for the next 10 years plus, and that the construction process had been truly painless.
