Summary:

DH was engaged as the overall project manager for this privately-owned investment management firm to relocate them to 100 Federal Street. We were responsible for overseeing design, construction, technology and the relocation itself. The work included the build out of a 35-seat trading floor and all associated support areas. The trade desk was supported by in-house technology that was connected to an emergency stand-by generator. Phase II included expansion to an additional floor adding 15 trading seats, conferencing, and support areas. The architect creatively reused as much of the existing finishes as possible and even redesigned some of the existing furniture to make it work for the client.

  • Created and issued the Mover RFP
  • Provided a detailed analysis of the bids to client
  • Negotiated the final terms of the contract and managed the mover throughout the process
