Dowling Houy LLC was founded in 2010 by Dick Dowling and Chuck Houy, two experienced project managers with over 25 years UML-UniversityCrossing_6803_2-LRof diverse industry experience, whose shared goal was to provide exceptional project management services to our clients.  Interested in bringing the brightest project managers into the firm, they soon asked Jeanne MacLellan to join the team.  Jeanne brings a passion to her work and an outstanding reputation in the Life Sciences field, and is known as one of the best people to have working for you during a facility transition.  We have continued to add talented project managers with an impressive breadth of project experience in professional services, financial services, bio-pharma, non-profit associations, high technology, and higher education.   As a team and individually our talented staff has successfully managed hundreds of projects, we have quickly become a highly regarded owner’s project management firm.

We help our clients at every stage of facility transitions, from ground-up construction to tenant fit-ups, on-site facility management and complex relocations.  Whether our clients are just starting to consider their real estate options or looking for help to complete a move, we customize our services to meet specific client needs.  We have first-hand knowledge of all aspects of our industry including real estate, construction, and relocation costs; vendor expertise; furniture costs and availability; expected project timelines, and building assessments.  We listen well and help our clients make informed decisions that achieve their goals.  We work to surface problems early and provide timely resolutions enabling our valued clients to maintain schedules and budgets.
